http://search.bikelist.org/ - the bikelist.org search engine really works rather well and is a great way to ensure that the topic you're about to bring up hasn't been beaten to death one or more times in the past
http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Bicycles - a wikibook project which is shaping up nicely, at least the maintenance/repair section was looking good last I checjed
Topics that I've observed to be oft-repeated even with a lack of new data over time. I'm sure there are others, and maybe some of these would usefully reach a broader audience on one of the wiki projects above?
